Meet the Staff at L’Chaim Adult Day Health Care

The team at L’Chaim are experienced healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff who are deeply committed to helping participants live with dignity and connection.
Many of our staff members also share the cultural background and language of our participants, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels understood and cared for.
Leadership
Born in Ukraine and raised in Israel, Andrey brings a multicultural background and a strong commitment to community service. For the past six years, he has worked with nonprofits supporting seniors through nutrition, health, housing, and social programs. At L’Chaim ADHC, Andrey enjoys working alongside an incredible team and connecting with participants whose lives are rich with stories and memories. Outside of work, he loves hiking and leads a Russian-speaking young adult community in the Bay Area. He is always here to help.
Emma is originally from Armenia and brings over 10 years of experience supporting older adults through social services. With a diverse background in psychology, journalism, management, and charitable work, she is passionate about helping individuals with a wide range of needs. At L’Chaim ADHC, Emma uses a person-centered approach to empower participants, support their independence, and connect them with the resources they need to thrive.
Nursing
Originally from Uzbekistan, Rozaliya brings over 30 years of experience in elder care to her role at L’Chaim ADHC. She especially enjoys connecting with participants and educating them about their health conditions, medications, and how to stay well. Rozaliya is always available to support family members and caregivers in improving their loved ones’ health. She loves traveling and sharing her knowledge with others at the center.

Originally from Ukraine, Vladimir brings over 35 years of experience in healthcare, including 26 years at L’Chaim ADHC. He finds true fulfillment in seeing his clients happy and cared for. Outside of work, Vladimir enjoys traveling with his family, visiting amusement parks, and reading. His biggest dream is to travel to space one day.

Outside of L’Chaim, he enjoys traveling, visiting museums, drawing, and skiing.

Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, Liliya has been with L’Chaim ADHC for 26 years. She takes pride in her role of coordinating nutritious meals for our participants and finds joy in feeding and caring for the elderly. Outside of work, Liliya enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.
