How Do I Enroll?

To qualify for care at L’Chaim, you must have certain medical needs, which are assessed through California’s Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) program. Whether you qualify through Medi-Cal or are exploring private pay, our team is here to guide you through every step of the process.

Location & Hours

Located at 2534 Judah Street, L’Chaim is in the heart of San Francisco’s Sunset District.

Day programs run 8:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30 – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our staff speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English, and is available 7:30am – 6:00pm on weekdays.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Israel, Andrey brings a multicultural background and a strong commitment to community service. For the past six years, he has worked with nonprofits supporting seniors through nutrition, health, housing, and social programs. At L’Chaim ADHC, Andrey enjoys working alongside an incredible team and connecting with participants whose lives are rich with stories and memories. Outside of work, he loves hiking and leads a Russian-speaking young adult community in the Bay Area. He is always here to help.

Emma is originally from Armenia and brings over 10 years of experience supporting older adults through social services. With a diverse background in psychology, journalism, management, and charitable work, she is passionate about helping individuals with a wide range of needs. At L’Chaim ADHC, Emma uses a person-centered approach to empower participants, support their independence, and connect them with the resources they need to thrive.
