Miki Lamm, Director of Seniors At Home, brings both professional depth and personal connection to her work with older adults. Trained as an administrative social worker and community organizer, she has led Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, served as Social Services Director in Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute facilities, and worked as a Geriatric Care Manager. Raised with her grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, and a mother in the medical field, Miki grew up with deep respect for resilience, caregiving, and dignity. She leads with that perspective, ensuring older adults receive compassionate care and belonging. Outside work, she enjoys exploring culture through travel, food, and music.
