Michelle Nobriga has over 25 years of experience in adoption, surrogacy, and family formation. At JFCS, she leads both Surrogacy Pathway and Adoption Connection. With a foundation in law and a career spanning social services, organizational leadership, and complex case management, Michelle is known for navigating both the human and legal dimensions of family creation. Her work has earned her recognition as an expert in the field, including several media features. She is passionate about lifelong learning, mentorship, and supporting families with empathy and expertise. Originally from Kailua, Hawaii, she takes pride in being the mother of a daughter currently pursuing her college degree.
