Medical & Therapeutic Care
Our licensed nurses and healthcare team provide daily health support to help participants maintain and improve their well-being:
- Daily health checkups and ongoing monitoring
- Medication review and coordination with doctors
- Preventive care for managing chronic conditions and avoiding hospitalizations
- Support for pain management, mobility, and overall wellness
- Personalized care plans tailored to individual needs
Social Work & Support Services
Our social work team is here to assist with emotional support, practical resources, and advocacy:
- On-site support for participants and families
- Help with Medi-Cal, IHSS, and other benefits
- Translation and healthcare navigation assistance
- Coordination with family caregivers
- Advocacy for participant rights and well-being
Our team contains experts in dementia care and can provide support managing the challenges associated with cognitive decline. They are Russian-speaking and provide culturally appropriate care.
Rehabilitative Therapy
We offer on-site therapy services to support rehabilitation, recovery, and independence:
- Professionally guided exercises in a fully equipped gym
- Recovery support after stroke, injury, or surgery
- Maintenance therapy to preserve independence and help prevent decline
- Individualized treatment plans based on personal goals
Transportation
We make it easy and safe for participants in San Francisco, northern San Mateo County, and Marin to get to and from the center:
- Reliable daily transportation
- Accessible vehicles for mobility needs
- Friendly, trained drivers who ensure a safe and comfortable ride
